What Our Clients Say
Hear from the schools, residential homes, families and organisations we have had the privilege of working with.
Working with a Psyche Health who use therapeutic parenting principles and the PACE approach has made a meaningful difference within our residential homes. Their work demonstrates a deep understanding of trauma and attachment, helping children feel safe, understood, and valued while supporting them to develop healthier ways of managing their emotions and relationships.
What has been particularly valuable is the balance between direct work with children and indirect work with staff. Through individual sessions, the psychologist builds trusting relationships with young people, tailoring interventions to their unique needs and helping them make sense of their experiences in a compassionate, non-judgemental way.
Equally important is the psychologist's indirect work with the staff team. They provide thoughtful consultation, reflective practice, and practical guidance that enables staff to respond consistently through a therapeutic parenting lens. By modelling and reinforcing the principles of PACE, they help staff approach behaviours that challenge with curiosity rather than judgement, and empathy rather than a punitive approach. This has increased staff confidence, strengthened relationships with the children, and contributed to a calmer, more nurturing environment.
The collaborative approach between the psychologist and our residential teams ensures that therapeutic strategies are embedded into everyday care rather than being confined to formal sessions. This consistency has had a positive impact on our children's sense of safety, emotional regulation, and ability to form trusting relationships.
Andrea Cox
Residential Services Director & RI
Faiza worked with us in a consultancy capacity, she provided specific skilled tasks, including oversight of all children's formulations, supervision to the therapist, advice to the senior leadership and support to myself as Operations Director but more importantly Faiza provided confidence, assurance and professional challenge and support. Faiza made herself available when required and would always apply sound professional curiosity to support good decisions. Of particular benefit was Faiza's skill set relating to Harmful Sexualised Behaviours. Faiza's personal and professional skills, attitude and boundaries supported outstanding outcomes for children.

Operations Director
The quality of support provided to our students was excellent. Faiza's specialist insight combined with her ability to adapt to the needs of our students enabled her to have a positive and lasting impact on the wide range of children she worked with. This professionalism and effective ability to collaborate with our staff is what separates the quality of her work from many other organisations we have worked with.

It is heart-breaking to witness your own child having to deal with mental health problems. However, these fears were quickly allayed and we soon started to notice a shift in our son's outlook and in his demeanour. Over time we saw a marked improvement in his overall mental health. I believe these sessions played a key part in this turn around — I would not hesitate in referring them to Faiza for support.
