Faiza Ihsan-Ghafoor
Faiza is the Founder and Managing Director of Psyche Health and a HCPC Registered Forensic Psychologist with a broad background across residential care, secure services, education, prisons, and charitable organisations. She specialises in trauma-informed psychological practice, supporting children, young people, and adults with complex emotional, behavioural, and forensic needs. Alongside providing comprehensive psychological assessments, therapy, and forensic risk assessments, Faiza works collaboratively with residential care providers, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver consultation, clinical supervision, training, and organisational development.

Joanna Haworth
Joanna is a HCPC Registered Art Psychotherapist and EMDR Therapist with a strong background in working across education, social care, and charitable sector services. She has supported children, young people, adults, and families through both individual and group therapeutic interventions. Specialising in trauma-informed practice, Joanna works collaboratively with foster families, carers, and wider professional networks to support the emotional wellbeing and development of children and young people. She is passionate about empowering those around the child, helping teams and families develop a deeper understanding of the impact of early life experiences and creating environments that promote healing, resilience, and positive change.

Kim Rowland
Kim is a BACP Integrative Therapist and Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience supporting children, young people, adults, and families with a wide range of emotional and psychological needs. With a particular specialism in trauma-informed practice, Kim has developed significant expertise working alongside residential care teams and foster carers to strengthen therapeutic parenting approaches and create trauma-responsive environments for children in care. Kim provides individual therapy for people of all ages, alongside clinical and peer supervision for professionals. She also delivers group-based interventions, reflective practice sessions, training, and workforce development, supporting individuals and organisations to build psychologically informed and trauma-responsive practice.

Dr Roisin Reid
Roisin is a HCPC Registered Forensic Psychologist who has completed the Professional Doctorate in Forensic Psychology. She has experience working across a range of forensic and secure settings, including prisons, probation services, secure hospitals, and psychological consultancy services. Roisin has developed specialist skills in psychological assessment, risk assessment, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and multidisciplinary working with individuals presenting with complex needs, including personality difficulties, mental health difficulties, learning disabilities, and neurodiversity. Alongside clinical practice, Roisin has experience in research, service development, training, and supervising. She has a particular interest in understanding the impact of trauma and adverse childhood experiences on psychological wellbeing and outcomes.
